- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 cups instant oats
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix well the butter, brown sugar and egg. Add oats, flour, baking soda and salt. Roll into smaill balls and place with space on greased baking sheet or parchment paper. Bake for 10-11 minutes until the brown. Remove from oven and cool down. Enjoy!
