2 low-sodium beef burger patties-thaw and crumble
6 cups water
chicken buillion- 2 tablespoons
black pepper- as desired
4 chopped fresh garclic
1/2 can or fresh- stewed tomotoe (Or tomatoe paste)
half cup diced onion
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 pack Bean thread noodles (soak in water, when soft cut in desired size)
4 potatoes- diced
Saute burger for two minutes. Add chicken boullion, black pepper and garlic. Once beef is cooked , add water and potatoes. Once potatoes are halfway cooked , add the mix vegetables, noodles and stew tomatoes. Cook for ten minutes then turn off stove. Enjoy by itself or with rice.

1 lb - deshelved, headless large shrimp
4 chopped fresh garlic
1 onions- sliced thick
10 fresh Bokchoy stalks (wash thoughly)
1 small can Georgino mushrooms
2 tablespoons Chicken or Shrimp boullion
2 cups water
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Boil water, add garlic, boullion, black pepper and then add the shrimp. Cook shimp until all is pink. Add sesame oil. Cook for another three minutes. Turn off stove. Wait for a minute, then add the onions and bokchoy. Cover and enjy with hot rice or alone.

10 pieces Beef back ribs
8 cups of water
4 tablespoons Chicken or beef boullion
4 cloves fresh garlic
1 tablespoon fresh ginger ( or per prefence)
1 large carrot- cut up in half thick round slices
1/2 head of cabbage- slice is three sections
10 pieces of bokchop (chop bottom off- then cut longwise)
6 russet potatoes- with or without skin- cut in three sections
Boil ribs for three or three and half hours in a large pot - Lucky to those that have a pressue cooker :). Before boilng the browm foam , remove and discard), Add black pepper, chicken boullion (add salt , to your prerence), fresh garlic, fresh ginger, Cook for another ten minutes. Add potatoes and cook until halfway through. Add carrots and turn stove off. The stove will take time to lower temperature, cooking the potatoes. After five mintures, add the onions, cabbage and bok choy. Do not stir. Cover. When making your bowl, you can then stir. Enjoy

Medium size Steak (your choice)- cut into bite size piece
Cabbage- 1 cup cut into strips
Cherry Tomatoes- 5 pieces cut in half
Fresh Garlic- 5 cloves cut into pieces
Yellow Onions- 1 cup cut into half inch width strips
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper- teaspoon or to your preference
Light sodioum Soy Sauce- 1 tablespoon
Chicken boullion- 1 tablespoon
Red Wine Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
Oil frying pot and saute the garlic and add beef and cook until slightly cooked through. Add chicken boullion, black pepper, soy sauce and red wine vinegar orcheshire sauce. Cook beef and cook for a minute constantly stirring. Turn off stove, add onions, stir for a few seconds and add the cabbage and tomatoes. Serve of hot rice or noodles /tortillas or as is.

1 bag of shrimp with no shell
2 cups of cooked brocolli (cut into bitesize pieces)
1 small can of Georgina mushrooms (save juice)
1 package cooked Fettucine pasta (any pasta)
1/2 inch chopped fresh ginger
3 chopped fresh garlic
1 tablespoon chicken boullion
teaspoon black pepper (add to your preference)
table spoon low-sodium oyster sauce
1/2 a squeezed lemon juice
tablespoon olive oil
Add oil to heated frying pan, add garlic and ginger and cook until translucent. Add shrimp, chicken boullion, black pepper, lemon juice, oyster sauce and cook half way. Add can of mushroom and its juice, add broccoli. Cook continuously stiring and then add cooked pasta. Once shrimp turns pink, turn off stove and stir all ingredrients to distribute evenly. Enjoy :)

2 chicken breast's
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 sliced yellow onions
2 cloves garlic
1 cube chicken bouillon
Black pepper
Taco seasoning
Olive oil
Floor tortilla
Heat medium frying man, add garlic and chicken. Cook halfway, then add all rest of seasonings. Once chicken is cooked add bell pepper and onions.
Heat tortilla, add your chicken dish in 2 tablespoons in the middle of tortilla. Add cilantro, salsa, greenchilies & sour cream..Enjoy
